I have been on Testosterone Replacement Therapy for more than 13 years, so I understand the patient journey from personal experience—not just from the clinic side.
Alongside my own experience as a TRT patient, I have spent years working across the UK’s TRT industry. I began my career at Optimale, now part of MANUAL/VOY, before helping to build Urban TRT from the ground up. I later worked with Balance My Hormones before becoming a co-founder and part-owner of Origin TRT.
At Origin TRT, I built the clinic into one of the UK’s most recognised TRT providers. One of the things I am most proud of is that patients regularly described the clinic as more personal, approachable and supportive than anywhere else they had experienced. I believed that level of care should never be lost as a clinic grows.
Working closely with patients and behind the scenes gave me a detailed understanding of every stage of the journey, from first enquiries and blood testing through to treatment, monitoring and long-term support. It also showed me that the best patient care comes from combining strong clinical standards with genuine human relationships.

Founding Horizon TRT gave me the opportunity to create the clinic I had always envisioned. I wanted to bring together everything I had learned throughout my own treatment journey and my years in the industry, while preserving the personal experience that patients value most.
